How to customize a product

Enjoy now the product customization completely free of charge!

Customize a product is so easy:
·
1. Before adding the product to the cart, click YES in the "Customization" box

·
2. Write the text you want to stamp, can be capital letters, small letters, numbers and even basic symbols 

·
3. Choose the color you want to stamp, there are 5 different colors. You can also uncolored stamping to have a smooth effect. 

You should consider: 

· Stamped text will be placed at center bottom. 

· It is only possible to stamp the basic Latin alphabet. Accented letters are not possible to stamp. 

· Basic symbols to stamp are: . , ? ! ( ) / ; : @ # & % - _ 

· Maximum characters allowed to be stamped are 10 (including spaces).

· The color of the surface to be stamped must be considered. If the surface is light colored, light colors such as White or Cream may not be displayed well. As if the surface is dark, colors such as the Brown or Black may not display well.
· Customized products cannot be exchanged neither returned. 

· Customized products can delay the delivery up to 48 business hours above the usual delivery time. 

· In the case you want 2 units of the same product, one with stamping and one without, you must add them individually. This means, you should first add a unit to the cart without selecting the option of Customizing. And once you've added to the cart correctly, you go back to the product and select YES to Customize. Once customization has been set up, you will need to add the product to the cart. Make sure that the two products appear in two different lines on the cart.
