Shipments & Deliveries
GENERAL INFORMATION
· All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours. Due to the measures being taken at our warehouse in conjunction with the COVID-19 health restrictions, please be aware it may take a while longer to process orders.
· All our deliveries are made from our logistics center in Barcelona. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location and are calculated automatically.
· When we have sent your order, the respective courier company will send you a link with which you can track and if necessary, modify the delivery of your order.
· It is possible that during promotional periods shipping costs are no applied, these and other promotions will be clearly indicated in our online store. Remember that if you subscribe to our newsletter you will also enjoy these and other promotions when active.
· Delivery of orders containing customized products can be extended to 48 business hours.
DELIVERIES
Home deliveries in Spain and Portugal are managed by Correos Express and for the rest of the countries with DHL. You will receive your package to the shipping address you provide. The day before the delivery you will receive an email with the date and time frame in which the courier will deliver it, if for any reason you are unable to receive the package at the given time and/or day, you can change the time frame and the day using the same link.

Shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. MELPOM is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs.
